Shipping policy

Free International Shipping for orders $300 and up

$25  standard international shipping for orders $299 and under

We offer standard shipping (approximately 1 week to USA) for all of our orders but if you need a fast shipping please email us to rosepany@rosepany.com with your name and order number.

All our deliveries are handled by EMS or designated shipper working with our freight forwarder.

**please note that it may take us up to 2 weeks for your items to be shipped. In case you need them quickly or for any other shipping related issue please contact customer service to rosepany@rosepany.com

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they’re on their way to you. To minimize delays, we recommend using your work address as your delivery address. Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery.

Also note, we do not take any responsibility for delivery to shipping companies or freight forwarders, this will be at your own risk.

You may be charged for duties or taxes depending on your country.  

All orders are shipped out from our international warehouse located in Jeonju city, South Korea.
